Great Nigerian Assembly (GNA) Terms of Service

Welcome to the Great Nigerian Assembly (GNA). Our mission is to harness the global skills, knowledge, and resources of Nigeria for self-improvement and national advancement. We empower individuals, township associations, and organizations by providing a platform to voice concerns about governance, the rule of law, and to commend any initiatives, programs, projects, or activities that transform the lives of citizens. We believe that Nigeria's progress relies on active participation in the governance process, enabling citizens to hold the government accountable.

Terms of Service Overview

The GNA Terms of Service (TOS) outline the responsible use of our platform and services, including the GNA Rules and Regulations. By using the Great Nigerian Assembly (GNA) platforms and services, you agree to adhere to the following conditions:

1. Responsible Use: Use the service responsibly, avoiding activities such as chain letters, spam, or sending unsolicited messages.

2. Prohibited Content: Do not transmit offensive, harmful, or illegal content through our platform.

3. Lawful Purposes: Commit to using our service for lawful purposes only.

4. Acknowledgment and Acceptance: By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of the TOS, including any guidelines or rules related to specific services.

Comprehensive Agreement

The GNA provides its services based on the terms and conditions outlined in this TOS and any associated rules or policies. The TOS represents the entire agreement between you and the GNA, replacing any prior agreements. Please note that the TOS may be updated periodically without prior notice.

Service Engagement

When you engage with our services, you agree to the following:

1. Our services encompass a wide range of resources, including communication tools, forums, shopping services, personalized content, and programming.

2. Advertisements are part of our service to sustain it, and you may also receive essential communications from the GNA.

3. The Service is provided "AS-IS," and GNA does not assume responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or delivery of user communications or personalization settings.

4. You are responsible for any third-party fees, such as internet service provider or airtime charges, and ensuring you have the necessary equipment to access our Service.

Conflict Resolution

In the event of any grievance against an individual, organization, chapter, or any GNA entity, such grievances must be reported in writing to the Conflict Resolution Committee Chairperson at the respective chapter, state, or national level as applicable. The Committee will review the grievance and make appropriate recommendations. The decision of the Committee shall be final on all matters.

1. National Connection: I am a Nigerian or have a strong connection to Nigeria through marriage, family, or heritage.

2. Commitment: I am deeply committed to the peace, progress, and prosperity of Nigeria.

3. Hope and Belief: I firmly believe in the potential of Nigeria to undergo transformative change, holding unwavering hope for the future of our country.

4. Collaboration: I am ready and willing to collaborate with fellow Nigerians, leveraging my professional skills and knowledge to contribute to the advancement and development of our nation.

5. Active Participation: I wholeheartedly support and actively participate in activities and programs aimed at uplifting Nigeria and empowering its people.

6. Unity and Integrity: I pledge to uphold the unity, integrity, and diversity of our great nation, fostering harmonious relationships and embracing all Nigerians irrespective of religious, tribal, or ethnic backgrounds.

7. Reputation: I will refrain from engaging in any acts that may harm the reputation or image of Nigeria, instead working towards its enhancement and showcasing its true potential.

8. Democratic Values: I value the democratic process and will vote for honest and competent Nigerians, actively encouraging others to do the same. If elected to serve, I will do so with honesty, integrity, and dedication.

9. Nation-building: I am dedicated to the noble cause of nation-building and am prepared to play an active role in shaping a prosperous and inclusive Nigeria for future generations.

10. Global Respect: I hold love and respect for all fellow Nigerians as well as people from diverse nations worldwide, promoting peace, understanding, and cooperation.
