The GNA Country Ambassador is the person responsible for the coordination of GNA activities within the country in conjunction with the Executive Director. Country Ambassador reports to the GNA Executive Director. There is Dep. Country Ambassador also.

GNA currently has 13-professional group. Each group is headed by the group Chairman, 1^st and 2^nd Vice Chairman.

GNA operates on a well-defined structure. GNA has an Executive Director that runs the organization day-to-day activities. The Global Board of Trustees (GBoT) appoints the Executive Director. GNA also has Global Board of Advisors, Board of Professional Group, Congress of Country Ambassador. The Executive Director runs a four years term renewable once whist other post.

Partnership falls into two categories. Private individual that supports GNA and Nigerian organization such as township or community association can become GNA partner.

Any registered  member who has spent at least six months in GNA can initiate the formation of a chapter within a region in any country. Once all the chapter formation requirements are met, then, it passes through the approval process.

GNA chapter is the smallest unit of the organization. Every member belongs to a chapter.
