The Great Nigerian Assembly (GNA) Global Board of Trustees (GBoT) is a 13-members Board, including the Executive Director who is responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the Foundation. The Board is responsible for providing strategic direction, oversight, and accountability for the organization's operations and activities. Their responsibilities in conjunction with the Executive Director include setting the organization's vision and strategic direction, establishing policies and procedures, monitoring the organization's activities and financial performance, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, fundraising and resource mobilization. The GBoT plays a critical role in guiding and supporting the GNA's efforts to empower Nigerians at home and abroad.
